Took the train out to Klampenborg to run today. Dyrehaven is a cultivated forest. A bit boring this time of year, all brown and muddy. Below is a picture of how it can be in summer/fall. I’m at 15km, so I should be able to reach 16 this week. A bit tired in the little muscles along the shin bone. Might be bending my knees too much on landing, but maybe I’m fine and just need more strength in my calves. Rest 2 days, then a bit of running Saturday.
