It’s getting warmer, and I’m longing for the day when I can simply put on a t-shirt and shorts and head out the door.
4:11/1 km is fast for me. Had fun today. Found a good “track-like” route, with good, new tarmac, and almost exactly 1km. In the slow laps I tried to incorporate some drills like butt-kicks and high knees. My target race speed for the half marathon is about 05:00, so I consider this “sprinting” (for now). Will be doing more interval training.
